Discover why Klein Curaçao is considered one of the Caribbean's most breathtaking destinations. This unforgettable full-day adventure takes you to a remote, uninhabited island surrounded by crystal-clear turquoise waters, powder-white beaches, and untouched natural beauty.
Your day begins with a relaxing catamaran cruise across the open Caribbean Sea. The crossing to Klein Curaçao takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on sea conditions, and is all part of the adventure. On the return journey, the ride is often a little faster. Sit back, enjoy breakfast on board, and take in the endless ocean views as you sail towards this tropical paradise.
Once you arrive, you'll have plenty of time to explore the island at your own pace. Snorkel in the crystal-clear waters, swim alongside sea turtles, relax on the pristine white-sand beach, or simply soak up the peaceful atmosphere that makes Klein Curaçao so special.
Take a walk across the island to visit the iconic pink lighthouse, which has watched over Klein Curaçao for more than a century, and discover the island's famous shipwreck, where the weathered remains tell the story of its rich maritime history. Both landmarks are among the island's most iconic sights and offer incredible photo opportunities.
Throughout the day, enjoy a freshly prepared BBQ lunch, complimentary snacks, and a premium open bar from noon, including cocktails, soft drinks, beer, wine, and other refreshing beverages. With everything taken care of by the friendly onboard crew, all that's left to do is relax and enjoy one of Curaçao's most iconic day trips.
Whether you're looking for adventure, relaxation, or simply the ultimate Caribbean escape, Klein Curaçao is an experience you'll remember long after your vacation ends.

Yes. Many guests who are prone to seasickness still enjoy this trip. Our catamarans are large and stable vessels, but the crossing to Klein Curaçao takes place on open ocean and can sometimes be choppy, particularly in the morning.
We recommend taking seasickness medication at least 30 minutes before departure, choosing a seat in the shaded middle section of the boat, staying hydrated, and avoiding a heavy breakfast. If you’re concerned, we also recommend reading our blog with additional tips for preventing seasickness.
Klein Curaçao is completely uninhabited. There are no shops, restaurants, hotels, medical facilities, electricity, or running water on the island.
You may notice a beach house and some shaded structures. These were built before Klein Curaçao became a protected nature reserve. Today, new development is heavily restricted to protect the island’s fragile ecosystem, including important nesting areas for sea turtles and seabirds.
All of our catamarans are equipped with marine toilets, which remain accessible throughout the day.
Part of Klein Curaçao’s charm is that it remains one of the few truly untouched Caribbean islands.
Often, yes.
The afternoon wind and wave patterns typically make the return journey more comfortable, and we usually travel with the waves rather than directly against them.
When weather conditions allow, our sailing catamarans may also raise the sails on the return journey, creating a smoother and more relaxing experience.
However, sea conditions vary every day, so we can never guarantee calm water.
No, but being comfortable in the water is recommended.
Depending on weather and sea conditions, there may be currents around the island that can make swimming more challenging. Guests can either swim to shore or choose a dinghy transfer when available.
Life jackets are available for all guests. We do not provide swim noodles, but you are welcome to bring your own flotation device.
Most importantly, always follow the instructions of the crew regarding swimming conditions and designated entry points.
