What you'll do
Step into one of Curaçao's most unforgettable marine adventures. During the Animal Encounters experience, you'll snorkel through a crystal-clear lagoon filled with hundreds of colorful tropical fish while discovering one of the island's richest underwater ecosystems.
The absolute highlight is the shark feeding experience. Standing safely behind a protective acrylic panel in the water, you'll hold a fish in your hand as impressive nurse sharks swim right up to you to take their food. It's an incredible up-close encounter that few places in the world offer and one you'll never forget.
Along the way you'll also come face to face with graceful southern stingrays, schools of tropical fish and other fascinating marine life, all while learning more about Curaçao's underwater world from experienced guides.
Your ticket also includes full-day admission to the Curaçao Sea Aquarium, giving you plenty of time to explore the aquarium before or after your adventure.

Is this experience suitable for beginners?
Yes. You don't need snorkeling experience, but you must be comfortable swimming. Professional guides are with you throughout the experience.
Will I really feed the nurse sharks?
Yes. You'll safely feed the nurse sharks from behind a protective acrylic panel while standing in the water. It's one of the highlights of the experience.
What should I bring?
Bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen and a dry set of clothes. An underwater camera is also recommended if you have one.
Is the activity suitable for children?
Children from 8 years old are welcome, provided they are confident swimmers and comfortable in deeper water.
