What you'll do
Experience one of the most unforgettable activities in Curaçao as you swim alongside a dolphin in its natural lagoon. During the Dolphin Swim you'll spend quality time in the water while interacting with one of the ocean's most intelligent and playful animals under the guidance of experienced marine mammal trainers.
You'll discover how dolphins communicate, respond to hand signals and interact with people while enjoying unique moments together in the water. Depending on the dolphin's behaviour, you may experience playful swims, close interactions and unforgettable photo opportunities that make this experience truly one of a kind.

Good to know
- Total experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours
- Minimum participant height: 1.30 m
- Children 1.20–1.29 m must be accompanied by one full-paying adult per child
- Maximum of 6 participants per 2 dolphins
- Swim fins are provided and required during the activity
- Personal cameras and phones are not permitted in the water
- Professional photos are available for purchase afterwards
- Not suitable for pregnant guests
- Friends and family are welcome in the observer area
- Regular Sea Aquarium admission applies to all observers
Meeting point
Please arrive at the Sea Aquarium Curaçao main entrance at least 15 minutes before your scheduled Dolphin Swim. After checking in, the Dolphin Academy team will provide further instructions for your experience.

Do I really swim with the dolphins?
Yes. You'll enter the lagoon and spend approximately 30 minutes in the water interacting and swimming alongside the dolphins.
Do I need to be a strong swimmer?
Basic swimming skills are recommended, but professional trainers stay with the group throughout the experience.
Is there a minimum height?
Yes. Participants must be at least 1.30 metres tall.
Can I bring my own camera?
No. Cameras and phones are not allowed in the water. Professional photographers capture the experience.
